Diana Jenkins is leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after just one season and will not return for RHOBH Season 13, she confirms in a just-released statement.

Speaking to PEOPLE about her decision not to return to the series for another round, the now one-and-done reality star claims it was her choice to leave after being faced with a difficult pregancy.

“As many of you know, Asher and I are expecting our second child later this year. You also know that due to many factors, this pregnancy is considered high risk and I am on doctor-advised bed rest. To that end, I am not able to devote myself fully to filming the next season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Jenkins said in a statement. “I would like to thank Bravo and Evolution for allowing me to focus on my pregnancy, and for their support and understanding. I promise to continue sharing my fertility journey with you.”

While Diana Jenkins is claiming that it is her decision to leave The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, there have already been reports that she would not return for RHOBH Season 13 due to her casting being poorly-received by viewers.

After she was glaringly absent from the cast’s appearance at the recent People’s Choice Awards, Diana allegedly leaked a story to Page Six that she would be returning to the show but had been advised to miss the awards show due to bed rest.

Plus, not only did she face off against fan favourite Garcelle Beauvais and send cease and desist letters to bloggers and viewers of RHOBH, she sided with Lisa Rinna who also just announced her exit from the series ahead of Season 13.

As previously reported, Bravo allows talent to discuss their exits on their own terms and does not address casting, therefore it is unknown whether Rinna and Jenkins left the show on their own terms or were given pink slips by the network.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return with Season 13 later this year.
