RHOBH’s Diana Jenkins is pregnant, leading to her decision to skip the People’s Choice Awards, according to a new report.
Insiders tell Page Six that Diana is a “few weeks” pregnant and has been ordered to be on bed rest, which is why she skipped the PCAs, implying that there is still a chance she could return to the show for Season 13.
“She’s feeling great, but because of her health history, she’s on bed rest,” the insider told the gossip outlet, referencing her admission of a miscarriage on RHOBH Season 12. Page Six’s source added that she and fiancé Asher Monroe are “very happy.”
“She and Asher are very excited about the new baby, but they’re being very cautious, obviously — because she’s only a few weeks pregnant and because of what she’s been through in her fertility journey,” the source explained.
“Diana and Asher are really, really just ecstatic, but taking it easy and listening to everything their doctor says,” the insider continued, explaining why she missed the People’s Choice Awards despite her co-stars Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke, Kathy Hilton, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Crystal Kung Minkoff, and Erika Jayne all attending. “So, she had to skip out on the ceremony.”
Garcelle Beauvais, for her part, revealed on Instagram that she was working and unable to attend.
Diana, who joined RHOBH for Season 12 and received quite the controversial reaction from fans after doing so, shares son Innis, 22, and daughter Eneya, 19, with ex-husband Roger Jenkins, and daughter Eliyanah, 2, with Monroe, 34.
While the Page Six article makes it seem like Diana Jenkins could still return for RHOBH Season 13, the reality is that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is on a “minute break” according to Bravo boss Andy Cohen and no casting decisions about the new season have been made.
