The 2022 People’s Choice Awards aired just last night on NBC (Tuesday, December 6) and we have your go-to list of all of the reality TV winners.
As previously reported, Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise was nominated for multiple 2022 People’s Choice Awards, along with hits like Netflix’s Selling Sunset, and Disney’s The Kardashians.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht, which is arguably the best Below Deck series on the air, was nominated for Best Reality Show of 2022, competing against mega-hits The Real Housewives of Atlanta, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Kardashians, and the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.

In a somewhat surprising move, Bravo was completely shut out of the winners list despite bringing us some of the most iconic reality shows to date.

While it is surprising to see The Real Housewives, Below Deck, and everything Bravo shut out of the reality TV categories at the 2022 People’s Choice Awards, The Kardashians is a massive hit for Disney so it does make some sense to see the famous family take home the night’s top honour. Similarly, actress Selma Blair had a breakout season on Dancing With The Stars so her win also adds up.
One thing we are still confused by, however, is The Voice taking home The Competition Show of 2022. With ratings lower than they used to be and the series failing to produce a notable winner in years, this one makes no sense when up against the likes of RuPaul’s Drag Race and The Bachelor franchise.
