Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein is set to receive $8,000 per month from her estranged husband Lenny Hochstein, according to a new ruling in their ongoing divorce.

Hon. Abby Cynamon ruled last week that the plastic surgeon should begin paying the RHOM star the amount starting May 1st as temporary support, according to a report from Page Six.

The judge also ordered Lenny to “maintain the status quo” for Lisa and their children and to pay for their medical insurance. He also must continue to pay for the kids’ private school tuition, extracurriculars, camp, and more, according to court documents obtained by the gossip outlet. Additionally, the judge ordered that Lenny pay $60,000 in legal fees directly to Lisa’s attorneys.

According to Page Six, the new order will be in effect until both Lisa and Lenny come to an agreement or the court issues a new order.

As the gossip outlet indicates, Lisa has been fighting her soon-to-be-ex in court, alleging that her $30,000 per episode fee on RHOM isn’t enough to maintain her lifestyle.

“[Lenny] has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon,” previous court documents explained, according to Page Six, adding that “without [Lenny’s] contribution, [Lisa] cannot provide the needs and necessities of life as they were established during the marriage.”

As previously reported, Season 5 of RHOM documented the split between Lisa and Lenny Hochstein, with Lenny seemingly beginning an affair behind his wife’s back and under the lens of a Bravo camera crew. The two have since been embroiled in an ongoing court battle over their assets and financial situation.

Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Miami is currently in production and will return to Peacock later this year.
