RHOSLC producers want Jen Shah’s husband Sharrieff Shah to appear on-camera during Season 4, a new report indicates.
According to TMZ, producers from the Bravo hit reached out to Sharrieff in March about appearing on RHOSLC Season 4 to provide an update about his wife’s incarceration. (Jen was admitted to federal prison in February to begin serving a 6-year sentence for fraud.)
“Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … producers approached Jen’s husband, Sharrieff Shah, last month in hopes of getting him to appear in the new season, but after talking to his wife — who’s in federal prison — he ultimately declined the offer,” reads the TMZ report.
Producers had planned on inviting Sharrieff to a scene with the other househusbands where he would open up to the guys about what it has been like for Jen in prison and what his life on the outside without her is really like but it looks like that won’t be happening because according to TMZ, the Shahs aren’t happy with Bravo after how their storyline played out during Season 3.
As previously reported, Jen Shah blasted RHOSLC and Bravo after her sentencing and ended up skipping the Season 3 reunion.
The RHOSLC Season 4 cast is comprised of Heather Gay, Lisa Barlow, Whitney Rose, and Meredith Marks, with Angie Katsanevas allegedly being upgraded to a full-time role and newbie Monica Garcia in the running for a snowflake. Former Housewife Mary M. Cosby is expected to return as an official Friend of the Housewives, as well.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is currently in production on Season 4 and will return later this year.
