RHOA Season 14 topped 1 million live viewers in the reality TV ratings for the first time, according to just-released numbers.

Episode 6 earned a strong 0.31 in the P18-49 demo and 1,005,000 viewers, according to Nielsen, easily making Sunday night the top-rated episode of Season 14 in total viewers. Episode 4, which aired back in May, currently holds the highest demo of the season at a 0.32 (992,000 viewers).

The increase in live ratings is much-welcomed, seeing as the Season 14 premiere shocked fans when it debuted to a 0.30 in the demo and just 933,000 viewers back on May 1. While these are great numbers for many other Bravo shows, The Real Housewives of Atlanta is used to leading the ratings pack at a much higher number. Right now, RHOA Season 14 is rating behind both Season 13 and Season 12.

Fans have been paying close-attention to the live ratings as of late, noticing that a lot of casting decisions made by Bravo have something to do with live ratings. While live ratings are certainly not the only metric that networks take into consideration, the numbers are still very important to the advertisers who buy ad space on said networks, as we’ve pointed out previously.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs Sundays on Bravo.
