Porsha’s Family Matters rebounded in the reality TV ratings on Sunday night, even topping RHOSLC in total viewers.
The vacation-themed spinoff, which features Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams attempting to blend her new relationship with Simon Guobadia with her friends and family, bounced back this week after suffering a series low the week prior.
The January 2nd episode earned a 0.22 in the demo and 713,000 viewers, up from a 0.13 and 627,000 viewers on December 19th. It’s the show’s largest audience since the December 5th episode which scored a 0.22 and 777,000 viewers.
This was enough to top The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, at least in overall viewers. RHOSLC scored a 0.24 in the demo and 685,000 viewers with its newest episode.
With numbers like these, Bravo will certainly be looking to work with Porsha again, even though some reports suggest she doesn’t like how she is being portrayed on her spinoff. As for RHOSLC, the show continues to do well once delayed viewership is counted and it usually trends on social media during airings, so the show will definitely be back for Season 3. That said, expect some cast changes when it does return.
