A ‘Laguna Beach’ Reunion With Lauren Conrad Is Actually Happening

Kristin Cavallari will also be participating in the event.

A Laguna Beach reunion is officially happening—and original star Lauren Conrad is actually set to participate.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the original cast is gathering to promote voter registration ahead of the upcoming November election. Original cast members Lauren Conrad, Stephen Coletti, Lo Bosworth, Trey Phillips, Talan Torriero, Deiter Schmitz, Morgan Olsen, Loren Polster, Christina Sinclair, and Kristin Cavallari will all be apart of the reunion special, which is in partnership with the #GoodToVote campaign.

The campaign’s goal is to drive voter registration and to engage current voters and at least 500 people must register to vote or check their registration through the organization before the Laguna Beach reunion will be released.

Lauren Conrad, who starred on MTV’s Laguna Beach, is set to participate in the show’s upcoming reunion special after years away from reality TV.

Laguna Beach premiered on MTV in 2004 and followed a group of high school students in, you guessed it, Laguna Beach, California. The show focused mainly on Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavallari, paving the way for Lauren to leave and start The Hills, which would go on to become arguably the network’s most well-known reality show to date.

While it’s not expected to be a traditional reunion special, this is the first time that fans will be able to see Lauren reunite with her co-stars after years away from reality TV.
