Kroy Biermann is requesting the court handling his divorce look into Kim Zolciak’s “abusive” behavior towards him—something their four minor children often witness, according to new documents.
Page Six reports that Kroy Biermann’s legal team filed new documents in an Atlanta-area courtroom on Thursday, September 14 requesting the court look into Kim Zolciak’s behavior. In the docs, Biermann claims that while he “attempts to shield the children from the negative fall-out” of their contentious split, Zolciak continues to use “abusive, profane, and threat-laden language” at him with “little concern if the children are present.”
According to the documents, Kroy believes Kim was using their divorce to get back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. He claims he has “been picking up all the slack, cleaning the home, picking up after the children, and preparing their meals” since the couple had to “fire the nannies, chefs and housekeepers” due to their ongoing financial issues.
As previously reported by TVDeets.com, Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak both filed for divorce from each other back in March before calling it off and reconciling. Kroy then filed for divorce for the second time in August and is requesting sole legal and physical custody of their four minor children in addition to the court-appointed guardian.
Kim, for her part, will not be returning to RHOA but has instead signed on for the next season of MTV’s The Surreal Life.
