Has Jen Shah been fired from RHOSLC for speaking out against Jennie Nguyen? That is the question facing Bravo fans today (January 21) and there seems to be some receipts to back up the rumours.
Earlier this morning, Bravo fanpage @queensofbravo shared a screenshot that seemed to show Jen Shah admitting that she had been fired from RHOSLC and that it was all because she spoke out against Jennie Nguyen.
The news made its way around pretty quickly, understandably shocking fans. If the message in the screenshot is authentic, that means that Bravo is actively protecting Jennie amid the controversy.
We checked with a source close to RHOSLC and from what TV Deets has learned, however, Jen is still very much a part of the cast.
Anthony Dominic, who has broken Bravo news in the past, tweeted that Bravo is “upset” with Jen Shah and that her job may be in jeopardy but that she hasn’t been fired from RHOSLC just yet.
Brice Sander, a reporter with Entertainment Tonight, also confirmed that Jen has not been fired and is actually filming RHOSLC Season 3 right now.
There may be some truth to the rumours, however, in that if Bravo is actively protecting Jennie, that means they could be leaving Jen with what she could see as no other option but to exit the series.
Jennie Nguyen’s racist Facebook posts uncovered
Jen’s job is on the line not due to her pending court case but for speaking out against co-star Jennie Nguyen, whose racist and inappropriate Facebook posts were uncovered earlier this week.
“I want to acknowledge and apologize for my deleted Facebook posts from 2020 that resurfaced today. At the time, I thought I was speaking out against violence, but I have since learned how offensive and hurtful my words were,” Jennie shared in a post on Instagram hours after the news surfaced, with comments turned off.
She continued, “It’s why I deactivated that account more than a year ago and why I continue to try to learn about perspectives different from my own. I regret those posts and am sincerely sorry for the pain they caused.”
Bravo has yet to release an official statement about any of the drama surrounding Jennie.

UPDATE January 21 @ 5:30pm EST: According to Entertainment Tonight, both Jen Shah and Jennie Nguyen are returning for RHOSLC Season 3, with the cast planning to confront Jennie on camera. Mary Cosby is reportedly the only cast member not returning after skipping the reunion.
