Emma Hernan, surprise, surprise, is the first Selling Sunset cast member to officially comment on Christine Quinn leaving the hit Netflix show ahead of Season 6, according to just-released video.
TMZ photographers caught Emma and a crew member as they made their way to set for Season 6, and in the video, it’s clear the relative newbie isn’t sad to see her nemesis exiting.
“How’s it feel to be back?” the photog asks about production beginning on Season 6 just last week.
“Very good… I’m excited,” responds Emma, smiling.
When asked about Christine Quinn leaving Selling Sunset, Emma revealed that she has heard the rumours but isn’t concerned about what that could mean for the show.
“I think the show does very, very well… We have a lot of amazing people,” she told the photog.

Christine Quinn exits Selling Sunset
Just yesterday (August 17), news broke that Christine will not be returning for Seasons 6 and 7, despite being offered a contract to return. The first five seasons have heavily revolved around Christine and her dynamics with the rest of the cast, meaning fans are surely in for a shake up when the series returns next year.
“Production sources tell TMZ Christine will not be featured in seasons 6 and 7 of the Netflix show, which recently began production,” the gossip outlet reports exclusively. “We’re told it was a mutual decision between Christine, Netflix and the production company.”
As previously reported, the entire cast of Selling Sunset received contracts for Seasons 6 and 7, sources told TV Deets EXCLUSIVELY back in March. Receiving a contract doesn’t mean that talent will return, however, and it looks like that is true in this case.
Expected to return for Season 6 are Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, Heather Rae El Moussa, Emma Hernan, Vanessa Villela, Amanza Smith, Davina Potratz, and newcomer Chelsea Lazkani.
Seasons 1-5 of Selling Sunset are now streaming on Netflix and Season 6 will premiere in early 2023.
