Yovanna Momsplaisir, the troublemaker featured on last night’s Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, has reportedly snagged a contract for the upcoming thirteenth season.
According to TMZ, production has already reached out to Yovanna, who was once a close friend of Nene Leakes, about joining the show. While the report doesn’t specify if this would be a Friend Of role or a full-time Housewives position, it simply states she will be joining the new season of RHOA as an “official cast member”.
On this season of RHOA, Yovanna made a name for herself amid SnakeGate after the women learned that Nene had been putting Yovanna up to record conversations amongst the group. After confronting her in Toronto, the ladies most likely thought they were through with the shit-stirrer but she made an appearance on the reunion last night and turned on Nene, setting up a potential storyline for next season.

Nene, for her part, bailed on the final hours of the reunion and none of the women were able to confront her about any of her wrongdoings.
While it seems juicy to have someone like Yovanna join RHOA, this report just seems fishy to us.
First of all, it’s way too soon following the reunion for decisions like this. While Bravo may be into Yovanna, they do like to wait and see reaction to the season and to the reunion before making any casting changes.
Plus, there is a lot of market research that goes into someone joining one of these shows and we just don’t think there’s enough there with her for us to get excited. We’re over both the Nene drama and SnakeGate at this point, so it’s not clear why adding her would be a big deal for the new season.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta will return later this year.
