Tarek El Moussa slammed Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn in a new podcast interview, revealing that he and fiancé Heather Rae Young are “not really interested in dealing with her nonsense.”

Tarek, who stars on the HGTV series Flip or Flop with his ex-wife Christina Anstead, appeared on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast and opened up about the ongoing drama with his soon-to-be wife’s co-star.

“Christine has a big mouth,” he said, according to a write up from Page Six. “She said some s–tty things about us. We’re not really interested in dealing with her nonsense.”

Back in July, Christine made some comments about Tarek and Heather ahead of the Season 3 premiere of Selling Sunset which apparently he still hasn’t gotten over. At the time, the cast was reacting to the news of Tarek and Heather’s engagement.

Tarek El-Moussa and Heather Rae Young responded to Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn’s comments about their relationship in a new podcast interview.

“It’s really funny to see Heather’s relationship play out because her and her boyfriend have such an interesting dynamic,” she said.

“I call them ‘Speidi’ all the time because it’s like articles all the time about baking cookies, you know, watching movies,” she continued. “It’s ridiculous, so you know, you’re going to see the girls and I just get so tired of it.”

Tarek took the appearance on the podcast as an opportunity to clap back against the reality star, pointing out that he has been in the industry for a lot longer than her.

“Listen, just because she’s never been famous before and she doesn’t know how it works, she doesn’t have to talk,” he explained. “It just makes her look stupid.”

Taking issue with Christine’s claims that she and Tarek seek out media attention, Heather rationalized that it is just his familiar face after being on TV for years that has gotten the duo so much attention.

“Of course people are interested in our lives,” she explained. “He hadn’t been with another woman in four and a half years. Of course they’re going to be interested in another reality star dating a reality star.”

Tarek went on to clarify that he doesn’t have any “bad blood” towards Christine but that he and Heather are choosing “not to deal with the bullshit.”

Tarek and Heather say that they don’t want to deal with Christine, but bringing her name up in a podcast almost 6 months later would suggest otherwise. At the end of the day, they are entitled to their opinion and so is Christine, and that is what makes Selling Sunset so juicy to begin with.

Selling Sunset will return with Season 4 on Netflix sometime next year.
