Luann de Lesseps denied she is to blame after being spotted in Coral Gables, Florida.
The RHONY cast is facing questions from fans and TV-watchers alike after a positive COVID-19 test shut down production on Season 13, according to new reports.
Insiders tell Page Six that since news broke that production on Season 13 of The Real Housewives of New York City had to be suspended due to a positive COVID-19 test among the cast, the Housewives themselves are the ones now taking some heat.
Luann de Lesseps, for example, has been taken to task online for partying maskless while in Coral Gables, Florida, with former Real Housewives of Miami stars Marysol Patton and Alexia Echevarria, the outlet points out.
Luann De Lesseps is denying she has anything to do with production on RHONY Season 13 being suspended after a positive COVID-19 test result among the cast.
In a new interview with the gossip outlet, however, Luann denied that she is to blame for any production issues on RHONY.
Calling the allegations “outrageous”, the Countess revealed that she had taken a test prior to heading down to Florida. “I took the mask off for some photos,” she explained, adding that she will quarantine when she is back in New York.
She continued, “Knowing everyone had tested negative, I felt comfortable doing that.”
According to a report from Page Six just last week, production on RHONY Season 13 has been suspended for at least two weeks due to the positive test and it has meant that a trip to upstate New York for the end of the season has been put on hold, upsetting some of the cast members.
The Real Housewives of New York City Season 13 is expected to premiere on Bravo this spring.
