According to the release, the premiere was “also up 19% from the RHONY Season 13 premiere in terms of demo viewership.”

According to Bravo, that Sunday evening is now the second-most watched Sunday night on the network in 2023 “both among the key cable demographic among adults 18-49 and among total viewers.”

Interestingly enough, the most-watched Sunday night remains Sunday, March 5 when part 3 of The Real Housewives of Potomac reunion led into the series premiere of SWV & XScape: The Queens of R&B.

Crappie Lake also performed well once DVR and delayed viewing was taken into account, with the release calling it the “number 2 most-watched Peacock premiere of any Bravo series within its first seven days on the streaming service.”

As previously reported on TVDeets.com, Bravo has rebooted The Real Housewives of New York City starring an all-new cast with the first episode earning a 0.22 share in the P18-49 demo and 672,000 live viewers.

In terms of live ratings, this is the highest-rated “new” show of 2023 for the network but the RHONY Season 14 premiere did fail to match the Season 13 premiere, which earned a 0.28 and 959,000 live viewers in May 2021. It also failed to match the other franchises currently on the air, despite heavy promotion and marketing.

The reboot stars Brynn Whitfield, Erin Dana Lichy, Sai De Silva, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, and Ubah Hassan and was designed to reflect a more modern, diverse New York City.

The Real Housewives of New York City airs Sundays on Bravo.
