Each Reality TV Ratings report includes the live ratings for cable lifestyle reality shows and docuseries airing on networks like Bravo, MTV, TLC, and VH1.
Shows are ranked based on the demo (adults 18-49) as opposed to overall viewers because that group is more valuable as a demographic. For more information visit our Ratings page and if you would like to suggest a show for us to cover, please Contact Us.

Bravo’s Below Deck finale easily led the reality TV ratings on Monday, February 15, 2021, seeing a big increase over the week prior.
Season 8 wrapped with a 0.57 in the demo and 1,646,000 viewers, up from last week’s 0.44 and 1,468,000 viewers but down slightly from the Season 7 finale, which generated an impressive 0.62 and 1,756,000 viewers back in February 2020. For those fans asking for Kate Chastain to return, these numbers prove that the series really is OK without the former Chief Stew.
The success pushed Watch What Happens Live to a 0.32 and 972,000 viewers, also up quite a bit from last week.
TLC’s 1000-Lb Sisters earned a 0.26 and 1,029,000 viewers, maintaining the number 3 spot while seeing an increase.
Over on VH1, Love & Hip Hop Family Reunion scored a 0.24 and 500,000 viewers, up in the demo.
