Netflix is officially teasing the premiere of Selling Sunset spinoff Selling The OC, releasing the first trailer for Season 1 earlier today (May 6).
Selling The OC sounds exactly like the title: It’s the Oppenheim Group in Orange County! As seen on Season 5 of the original series, Selling Sunset, twins Jason and Brett Oppenheim were in the process of expanding their office to the area and the result is this new spinoff.
For die-hard fans of the Netflix real estate reality series, you’ll remember being introduced to a few of the spinoff’s cast members at the finale party shown on Selling Sunset Season 4. Today’s (May 6) trailer drop comes on the same day the Season 5 reunion launches on the streaming service.

Selling The OC Season 1 cast
According to a write-up from E! News, Selling The OC Season 1 is set to feature Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle, Sean Palmieri, and Tyler Stanaland.
As the outlet reports, the drama is expected to get heated with accusations of an alleged affair amongst the group, with Tyler, who is also actress Brittany Snow’s husband, appearing to be at the centre of the action.
Selling The OC is the second spinoff in the franchise, with Selling Tampa (which does not feature the Oppenheim Group), premiering back in December. This new spinoff is the first to feature male agents in full-time roles.
While Netflix released the trailer for Season 1 of Selling The OC, they did not reveal an exact premiere date.
