MTV has completed production on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 4, confirming the show will premiere with back-to-back episodes on Thursday, November 19.
According to a report from TMZ, the show was able to complete production by creating their own “bubble” amid the coronavirus pandemic. Show insiders tell the gossip outlet that the entire cast and their significant others all sequestered together in Nevada, taking over an entire resort to complete filming on the new season.
“Production adhered to local, state and federal COVID-19 health and safety requirements to get it done,” reads the report.
Snooki quits the show
Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 4 will star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, DJ Pauly D, Jenni “Jwoww” Farley, Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Deena Nicole Cortese, and Angelina Pivarnick. This will be the first season without Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, who quit the show after Season 3.
MTV has completed production on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation Season 4, with the Nevada-set season premiering this November.
As previously reported, Nicole decided to leave the show in order to focus more on her family, although the new season of the show did allow the stars to bring along their loved ones.
Back in December 2019, she took to her podcast to confirm she would not be returning to the show, leaving her reality TV career behind.
“You guys, I love you so much and don’t hate me for my decision, but I have to do what’s best for me at the moment,” she said. “I am retiring from Jersey Shore. I am not coming back for Season 4 if there is one.”
According to TMZ, the new season will revolve around the guys attempting to bring the group together after Angelina’s disastrous wedding drama.
