Lisa Rinna says she is in “absolute heaven” after leaving RHOBH, according to a juicy new interview.
“It has been heaven, absolute heaven,” she tells Us Weekly. “I mean, I’ve been to Paris and London and I’ve been able to travel and go to fashion shows. I’m having really the time of my life.”
“I’m having so much fun and this is all about fun and party time off. I mean, it’s perfect,” added the now-former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills villain. “Couldn’t have come at a better time.”
As previously reported, Lisa Rinna has exited RHOBH ahead of Season 13 while Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, and Crystal Kung Minkoff are all set to return.
“This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career and I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series,” she told PEOPLE in a statement. “It has been a fun eight-year run and I am excited for what is to come!”
According to the magazine, Rinna’s contract with Bravo expired at the end of the last year and the two parties mutually decided to part ways, despite her appearing at BravoCon in October 2022 months after filming had wrapped and the majority of Season 12 had aired. (This is typical for Bravolebrities as the network tends to let them announce their exits in their own way and rarely comments on any details.)
Kyle Richards Opens Up About Lisa Rinna’s ‘RHOBH’ Exit: “She’ll Be Missed”
Kyle Richards recently opened up about Lisa Rinna’s RHOBH exit, revealing that the former soap actress will be “missed” on the series when it returns for Season 13 later this year.
Taking to a regularly-scheduled Amazon Live video stream, Kyle revealed that she hasn’t spoken to Lisa Rinna since she confirmed she would be exiting RHOBH ahead of Season 13.
“We were having some issues before. Obviously, you know that,” Kyle said on the live stream, according to a write up from Page Six. “And I texted her when I found out that she wasn’t coming back and, you know, like I said, unfortunately, we had that issue,” she continued, referencing the season-long feud between Rinna and Kyle’s sister and Friend of the Housewives Kathy Hilton. “But we’ll get past all that.”
Adding that she is “fine” with where things stand between herself and Rinna, Kyle explains that she is just trying to move past the drama now that Season 13 is filming. “I’m just moving on from everything and I had to put all that behind me, honestly,” she revealed. “[Lisa Rinna] brought a lot to the show and she’ll be missed.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently in production on Season 13 and will return later this year.
