This is huge, Housewives fans. Henry Cavill’s sister-in-law Kiri Cavill is joining ITV’s upcoming Real Housewives of Jersey, according to reports.
Henry is most well-known for appearing as Superman in the DC Comics Universe and this is one of the first time the family member of someone of that stature in Hollywood has joined a Real Housewives show. (Other than maybe Camille Grammer on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, for example.)
The show was confirmed earlier today by ITV and Monkey Kingdom, who are also behind The Real Housewives of Cheshire. For fans that may be confused, this has absolutely nothing to do with The Real Housewives of New Jersey or Bravo, for that matter.
Jersey Island is based off of the coast of France but is actually part of the British Isles. Currently, there is no news whether the show will be aired internationally but with how things seem to be shaping up, we don’t see why production wouldn’t want this to become a worldwide hit.
And according to The Sun, producers are aiming to go after the vibe of Netflix’s Selling Sunset, which recently dropped Season 3.
Kiri Cavill, for her part, is rumoured to be joining the cast along with Tessa Hartmann and Margaret Thompson. Nothing has been confirmed by ITV.
