The entire RHOC cast is “most likely” returning for Season 18, sources tell TV Deets exclusively.
Season 17 officially wrapped earlier this week with part 2 of the reunion and now, insiders are sharing what fans can expect from RHOC Season 18 and who will be a part of the cast—which is expected to begin production by the end of the year.
“Everyone is going to be invited back for Season 18,” host Brett Staffen said on the Friday, October 13 episode of the TV Deets Podcast. According to sources, “Producers and the network were really happy with the fan engagement this year and all of the ladies stepped up to the plate to deliver.”
He continued, “Now, I’m told that with Shannon Beador’s DUI arrest, producers want to follow the aftermath of that and how that has impacted the group. I’m also told that Jennifer [Pedranti] is expected to return and Taylor [Armstrong] will be back as well, and I’m hearing that it is ‘most likely’ she will keep her Friend of the Housewives role.”
Vicki Gunvalson—who appeared on Season 17 as a guest—is also expected to return in some capacity.
Additionally, while production is always on the lookout for new Housewives, producers reportedly have not made any decisions on any newbies just yet. Former cast members Alexis Bellino and Gretchen Rossi have been floated as potentially returning but there have been no formal offers from Bravo, sources have indicated.
Season 17, which aired from June to October, starred Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Heather Dubrow, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, and Jennifer Pedranti, with Taylor Armstrong appearing as a Friend of the Housewives.
