Netflix has dropped the trailer for Selling The OC Season 1 and we have everything you need to know about the upcoming Selling Sunset spinoff.
Just yesterday (August 9), Netflix released the first full-length trailer for the new series set in Orange County, California. Selling The OC stars original Selling Sunset stars Jason and Brett Oppenheim and a rather good-looking group of agents as they launch their latest office.
“It’s fun to see a cast with both males and females,” Creator Adam DiVello told BAZAAR.com in an exclusive. “Things can get complicated when spending so much time together in and outside the office.”

In addition to Jason and Brett, Selling The OC will introduce viewers to an entirely new group of agents out of the Oppenheim Group’s Orange County office. Below, meet the official cast of Selling The OC, which is set to feature both female and male agents in a franchise first.

Unlike Selling Sunset with its established group of agents with long-standing relationships, Jason has opened a brand-new office with a new team of realtors who are getting to know one another,” continued DiVello. “They not only sell amazing properties, but don’t hold back when it comes to revealing their personal lives or their opinions of each other.”
As previously reported EXCLUSIVELY by TV Deets, original show Selling Sunset has already been renewed for Seasons 6 and 7, which are filming now, and is expected to return in the spring of 2023. Meanwhile, Netflix has not yet announced a renewal for Selling Tampa which dropped last year.
When does Selling The OC premiere?
Selling The OC Season 1 is set to drop Wednesday, August 24, only on Netflix.
