Actress Brittany Snow has filed for divorce from Selling The OC’s Tyler Stanaland, according to reports.

PEOPLE Magazine obtained court documents filed with the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County on Thursday (January 19), showing that the Someone Great star is ready to move on from the Netflix reality star. She cited the usual “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

In the documents, it was revealed that the actress and Selling The OC star have a prenuptial agreement which determines both spousal support and how they will divide any joint property. She also requested the duo split the attorney’s fees, according to PEOPLE.

Separation

As previously reported, actress Brittany Snow and Selling The OC’s Tyler Stanaland announced their separation just weeks after the Selling Sunset spinoff premiered on Netflix so the divorce news is not completely shocking..

While neither have publicly spoken about the reasons for the split, Tyler was depicted as flirting with multiple co-workers at the Oppenheim Group’s Newport Beach office so we cannot really blame Brittany for taking a step back. The actress, for her part, never participated in production on the real estate reality series.

“After time and consideration, Tyler and I have made the difficult decision to separate,” Snow shared in a statement at the time. “This decision was made with love and mutual respect for one another. We have realized we need to take some time and make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives.”

“We started this journey as best friends and our relationship will continue to be a priority not only for us but for our dog Charlie,” she added. “We sincerely appreciate your support and ask for privacy as we navigate this new chapter.”

After the news broke, Tyler was spotted on what seemed like a romantic outing with co-star Alex Hall with fellow agent Polly Brindle also in the mix.

Just this week, Netflix ordered two more seasons of Selling The OC so the fallout will surely be covered on Season 2.
