Teresa Giudice To Be “Heavily Featured” On ‘RHONJ’ Season 11

Bravo and the production company are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of both cast and crew.

It should be nothing new for both Bravo and New Jersey’s resident Queen Bee.

Teresa Giudice is set to be driving part of the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, according to new reports.

According to TMZ, Season 11 is set to resume filming “very soon” after taking an extended break due to the coronavirus pandemic and Teresa, like the seasons before, will play an integral role.

Insiders close to the show tell the gossip outlet that Bravo and the production company, like many others who have had to adapt amid a pandemic, will be taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of both cast and crew.

Productions Resume

Not only has The Real Housewives of Orange County recently resumed production on Season 15 as pointed out in the report but Bravo is also moving forward with some of their other most popular shows.

The Real Housewives of Dallas has picked up filming on Season 5 with two new Housewives in tow and on July 28, news broke that The Real Housewives of New York City would be the first Bravo cast to reunite in-person since the pandemic for their upcoming Season 12 reunion. (That cast will tape an in-person reunion on Wednesday, August 5 on Long Island, according to Page Six.)

When it comes to RHONJ, producers are looking to take added precautions to protect both the cast and crew. In addition to constantly taking temperatures, a lot of the scenes will be filmed outdoors, potentially giving viewers a new look at the state.

According to The New York Times, New Jersey has had 182,215 total cases and 15,825 deaths as of posting.

Teresa’s storyline will reportedly revolve around co-parenting with Joe Giudice, who seems to be happily living in Italy after being deported. With the current travel restrictions in place, however, it’s unlikely that Teresa or their children will be making a trip to see Joe any time soon. That said, if the pandemic has taught production anything, this shouldn’t be a problem.

RHONJ also stars Margaret Josephs, Melissa Gorga, Jackie Goldschneider, Dolores Catania and Jennifer Aydin; Friend of the Housewives Danielle Staub announced that she was leaving the franchise after last season. The show is reportedly casting for new women to join.
