Just like when it seemed like we have had our fill of real estate reality shows, Discovery+ has come along with Selling The Hamptons, an addictive and bingeable new series spotlighting the beautiful beaches and lavish properties of the highly-desirable area.
The first few episodes are now streaming on Discovery+ (go check them out, now!) and avid reality TV viewers may recognize a few familiar faces from another real estate reality show, Million Dollar Beach House on Netflix. A few of the cast members from that show are back on this new Discovery+ series, including J.B. Andreassi and Peggy Zabakolas.

Selling The Hamptons Season 1 Cast
The Season 1 cast of Selling The Hamptons is officially made up of J.B. Andreassi, Michael Fulfree, Peggy Zabakolas, Bianca D’Alessio, Mia Calabrese, and Kenny Arias.
Fun fact: Former Real Housewives of New York City star Kelly Bensimon appears in the series and may or may not stir up some drama between the cast.

J.B. Andreassi
J.B. was born and raised in Southampton. His father is a local developer and one of the founding fathers of luxury real estate in the Hamptons. J.B.’s upbringing has provided him with unparalleled business and personal knowledge of the area, and has helped him become a successful real estate agent with over $75 million in sales. He graduated from Dartmouth College and worked for the National Hockey league before taking up his family legacy and transitioning into real estate. Due to his Hamptons roots, he is able to go the extra mile and provide a personalized and thoughtful experience for his clients.
Bianca D’Alessio
Born and raised in New York City, Bianca currently manages over $10 billion in new development sales inventory for Nest Seekers Development Marketing. She applies her vast expertise to the Hamptons market while splitting her time between the seaside locale and the city. When not entrenched in real estate, Bianca donates her time and efforts to various causes, especially those related to financial literacy and leadership training for young women and underserved communities.
Mia Calabrese
Mia was born in Chicago to an Italian father and a mother from Belize. After graduating from St. John’s University, Mia moved to New York City “with $500, one friend, a dream, and a very witty mouth that’s gotten me into trouble.” After a decade working in the affluent world of high-end hospitality and a successful career in modeling, Mia decided to become a real estate agent and use her skills to tackle the ultra-luxury housing market in New York City. She has completed over $11 million in sales and rentals, and is ready to use her skills out east in the Hamptons. She typically represents buyers and prides herself on maintaining relationships with clients and her can-do attitude.
Kenny Arias
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Kenny moved to New York at the age of 16, eventually relocating to Miami. After a successful career in finance, he decided to take on the competitive world of luxury real estate. He has completed over $9 million in recent sales transactions in New York and Florida with another $11 million currently on pipeline and coming soon to the open market. He recently relocated to the Hamptons and is ready to do business in a market that is hotter than it’s ever been. With over a decade of experience, Kenny prides himself on his ability to find clients their dream homes.
Peggy Zabakolas
Born in Queens and raised in Long Island, Peggy is an accomplished real estate broker handling millions of dollars in real estate portfolios for her clients across the globe. As a licensed member of the New York State Bar Association, her expertise in real estate coupled with her legal acumen make her an invaluable resource. Peggy splits her time between New York City and the Hamptons, but has a worldwide client base that has allowed her to complete over $500 million in sales throughout her career.
Mike Fulfree
Michael Fulfree’s family came up in The Bronx, but moved to the Hamptons when Michael was one month old. As a young man, Michael moved back to New York City and enjoyed a wildly successful international modeling career, working with Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, and many other high profile designers. Once he decided on real estate as his profession, Michael returned to his roots in the Hamptons where he lives with his wife and young son. Michael handles a range of client needs from listing exclusive rentals to finding the perfect eight-figure dream homes for his elite clientele. He recently reached a career high of $35 million in sales.
