Yes, Selling Sunset has already been renewed for Season 5.
After the success of Season 3 back in 2020, Netflix revealed that Selling Sunset would be back for Seasons 4 and 5 and as we all know, Season 4 is currently one of the most-watched shows on the streaming service. Because the show films for so long (sometimes six months at a time or more), there is a bit of a delay before the episodes drop.
When will Selling Sunset Season 5 premiere?
Seeing as Season 4 just dropped last Wednesday, it will still be a bit longer before we are treated with new episodes. That said, filming on Season 5 is complete as of November 2021, so we can expect new episodes to drop as soon as March 2022.
What about those Selling Sunset spinoffs?
If March 2022 sounds like too far away for you, there are a few similar shows hitting the streaming service in the meantime.
Selling Tampa, which will follow a real estate agency in Tampa, Florida, is set to debut on December 15 and Netflix has also ordered a Newport Beach-set spinoff called Selling The OC, which just started filming.
While a premiere date for Selling The OC hasn’t yet been announced, it is possible that the show could drop before new episodes of the OG show, but nothing is set in stone just yet.
