Robyn Dixon has shocked the Real Housewives universe by revealing that she knew about Juan’s alleged infidelity prior to filming Season 7 of RHOP.
Taking to her Reasonably Shady podcast with co-host and co-star Gizelle Bryant just yesterday (Monday, January 30), the longtime Real Housewives of Potomac star explained to listeners that while she knew about an alleged affair between Juan and a woman now made famous by TikTok (we’ll get to that in a second), she was waiting for the other Housewives to bring it up during filming.
“I debated on whether addressing this because I usually, I don’t know, I don’t really give attention to stuff like this and people who want attention but I figured there were a lot of lies and things being misconstrued,” she told Gizelle late into the hour of their podcast.
“A young lady came forward talking about she and Juan dated during COVID and then she shows this hotel receipt with his name on it,” she continued, referencing a TikTok video that made the rounds just last week, with Gizelle adding “those are the allegations.”
“First of all, I was aware of the situation before we filmed Season 7 [of RHOP] and because this lady was so pressed to tell me and to tell you, Gizelle, I presumed she told the entire cast,” she explained. “So all of Season 7, I’m just waiting for someone to bring it up…. That’s our life, I’m just ready for it, I’m waiting for it.”
Talking about the cast trip to Mexico where things imploded between her and Karen, Robyn says that she was ready for it: “When we were in Mexico and Ashley told me ‘Karen is talking about’ us, I’m like ‘this is it.’ And she talks about some woman holding hands in Georgetown with blonde hair that looks like Karen. So I’m like ‘this is ridiculous’… It was kind of comical to me so we go down that road. However, I was already aware of the situation and planned to talk about it during Season 7.”
“Now, the situation when it was presented to me was handled, it was discussed, it was handled, it was something we had to work through… It was not just like ‘oh, okay, whatever’… However, there are a lot of things that need to be cleared up with what’s being said about what allegedly happened…which did not,” she said.”
“I almost want to share the details for Patreon… I will give more details on Patreon,” she continued, asking viewers to pay additional money to hear the full story. “But what I will say is yes, Juan was an idiot and communicated with this woman on Instagram… He’s bored, he needs attention, it’s the pandemic, blah, blah, blah.”
“However, they did not date, they did not fly anywhere and there is a reason why his name is on a hotel receipt and I will share that reason on Patreon and the reason is not that he asked her to come and volunteered to pay for this hotel room,” she dished, again asking listeners to pay more to hear the extended story.
She continued, “But since she is pretty much trying to bribe Juan and told us she was going to become famous off of us, I don’t know, girl, maybe go start an OnlyFans and get some money off of it.”
“But in respect to Juan and I, we dealt with the situation and it was definitely something we had to work through relationship-wise and maybe that’s why the wedding didn’t happen when y’all wanted it to,” she said, referencing her long-delayed wedding teased over multiple seasons of RHOP.
“It was something that we dealt with and we’re moving forward,” she added.

Cheating allegations
The TikTok at hand, originally posted by the Georgio Says Podcast, reveals that a tipster contacted the Maryland-based pod with details about an alleged affair with Juan. According to the video, the woman provided receipts including an actual invoice from a hotel with Juan’s name on it, which Robyn has since confirmed.
While the woman claims that she and Juan were in a relationship, Robyn clearly denied that in her own podcast but with most of the story proven true, viewers are now questioning whether she is lying to viewers or whether Juan is lying to her — and she believes him.
Regardless, the incident has certainly brought Robyn and her storyline (?) into the main frame as we head towards The Real Housewives of Potomac reunion, with the Season 7 finale set to air later this week.
Shocking lawsuit
Robyn revealing she knew about Juan’s alleged infidelity comes amid a tough time for the couple as Juan is also named in a shocking lawsuit for his time coaching basketball at Coppin State University.
According to The Baltimore Brew, a former player of Coppin State basketball has filed a lawsuit against the university alleging he was sexually assaulted and then blackmailed by the team’s assistant coach.
Juan Dixon, who was the head coach at the time, has also been named in the lawsuit for failing to do anything about the assistant coach’s inappropriate behaviour once being informed.
“The legal complaint says ‘by information and belief’ Lucian Brownlee, a former guard who served as Director of Player Development and Director of Basketball Operations, harassed, tormented and sexually assaulted the player, Ibn Williams, before publishing intimate material he had obtained from the student,’” reads the report from The Baltimore Brew.
Williams was allegedly being blackmailed by a supposed catfisher, with his lawyer now believing Brownlee was the one behind the accounts in question. Once Dixon was informed of the allegations, he reportedly made Williams play the next day and failed to do anything about the situation.
According to lawyer Daniel “Donny” Epstein, Dixon should have never promoted Brownlee considering he was aware of previous inappropriate behaviour. “The coach should have known better than to put this person in a position of seniority,” he told The Brew.
The outlet was not able to reach Brownlee for comment, and Dixon did not respond to a phone message and email requesting comment about the allegations. The school’s athletic director at the time, Derek Carter, also did not respond. The University, through a spokesperson, confirmed that they “do not comment on pending litigation.”
