Production on RHOA Season 14 has officially started and earlier today (October 25), the cast was confirmed by trade publication Variety.
According to an exclusive report, former Housewife Shereé Whitfield, longtime Friend of the Housewives Marlo Hampton, and Olympian Sanya Richards-Ross Whitfield are all joining the cast as full-time Housewives, confirming earlier reports that had stated Shereé and Marlo had earned peaches, with production also on the hunt for new women.
As previously reported, both Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams announced their exits from RHOA just weeks ago, becoming the latest long-running and name-worthy Real Housewives to leave the franchise.
RHOA Season 14 cast confirmed
With today’s casting news, the official RHOA Season 14 cast is confirmed as Shereé Whitfield, Marlo Hampton, Sanya Richards-Ross, Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, and Drew Sidora.
In addition to the full-time cast, expect some changes to the Friends of the Housewives for the next season as the Variety report confirms that Tanya Sam, La Toya Ali, and Falynn Guobadia are all out. Production is reportedly looking for new women to fill in the group but none of them will earn peaches, however.
And as for reports that NeNe Leakes could be returning to the series? Not so, the report states.
Who is Sanya Richards-Ross?
Sanya Richards-Ross is joining The Real Housewives of Atlanta, becoming the first Olympian to join the Bravo franchise. She boasts quite the Wikipedia page, to say the least.
She is married to former NFL player Aaron Ross and starred on a 2013 WE tv reality show called Glam and Gold, meaning she is well-versed in the reality TV world. You can Sanya on Twitter and Instagram.
The RHOA Season 14 casting news comes on the heels of Bravo announcing Porsha Williams’ new spinoff earlier today (October 25), confirming that she would no longer be starring on RHOA.
