OWN’s Love & Marriage Huntsville returned down in the ratings on Saturday night, according to just-released numbers.
The LAMH Season 6 premiere earned a 0.06 in the all-important P18-49 demo and 288,000 live viewers according to Nielsen, almost half the audience size of the Season 5 debut (0.11 / 495,000 back in September 2022).
The episode — which saw star Melody Shari Holt throw a party for now cancer-free Kimmi Scott — was also down when compared to the last episode of Season 5 (0.11 / 484,000).

While it is not yet clear whether the LAMH Season 6 premiere ratings are a fluke or will become the trend for this latest batch of episodes, these premiere numbers aren’t that great considering Season 5 averaged a 0.09 in the demo and 459,000 live viewers just a few months ago.

For reference, Love & Marriage DC — which wrapped airing at the end of March and shares the same Saturday timeslot with LAMH — averaged a 0.04 share and 227,000 viewers during its recently-wrapped second season.
It should be pointed out that LAMH surely grows once DVR is taken into account, however, and the series even trended on Twitter during the episode on Saturday night.
Love & Marriage Huntsville airs Saturdays at 8|7c on OWN and stars Maurice Scott, Kimmi Grant Scott, Melody Shari Holt, Martell Holt, Marsau Scott, LaTisha Scott, Louis Whitlow, and Tiffany Whitlow, as well as newly-upgraded Stormi Steele and Courtney Beasley.
