Ratings: Bravo’s ‘Kandi And The Gang’ Debuts To Less-Than-Stellar Numbers

The RHOA star's other spinoffs performed much better with their debuts.

Season 1 of Bravo’s Kandi And The Gang debuted to less-than-stellar numbers on March 6, according to the newly-released Nielsen ratings.

The series premiere earned a 0.12 in the P18-49 demo, with just 491,000 viewers tuning in to watch Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker rehabilitate their OLG (Old Lady Gang) restaurant.

For comparison’s sake, this is much lower than Porsha Williams spinoff Porsha’s Family Matters, which earned a 0.22 in the demo and 869,000 viewers when it premiered back in November 2021. Click Here to check out ratings for Season 1 of Porsha’s show.

Comparatively, this is also lower than the debuts of Kandi’s other Bravo spinoffs including The Kandi Factory (0.30/671,000), Kandi’s Wedding (1.0/2,442,000), and Kandi’s Ski Trip (0.60/1,457,000), although it should be pointed out that many of them had The Real Housewives of Atlanta as a lead-in, whereas Kandi And The Gang comes following the low-rated Real Housewives of Salt Lake City reunion.

While Bravo probably would have liked to see numbers closer to Porsha’s, this series is debuting at a much-slower time of year and these spinoffs are a way to keep the Real Housewives franchise on year-round, so don’t expect them to go anywhere anytime soon.

As previously reported, Real Housewives of Potomac star Karen Huger is also set to lead her own solo show later this year.

Kandi And The Gang airs Sundays on Bravo.
