Phaedra Parks reportedly has a “deal on the table” to join Married To Medicine for Season 10.
According to Page Six, not only has the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star been offered a role on Married To Medicine but the cast is reportedly begging her to do the Atlanta-based series.
“Nothing is 100 percent yet,” the gossip outlet’s insider said, adding that Phaedra has not yet signed on the dotted line. “But she sees how this could be a good fit.”
According to the outlet, Phaedra is dating a doctor and that explains how she could join the cast of a reality series titled Married To Medicine. Quad Webb, who has appeared on the show since Season 1, is no longer married but is still a full-time cast member on the series and is close friends with Phaedra, providing yet another connection for producers.
“Phaedra likes to keep her love life under wraps,” the source explains. “But she definitely has a boyfriend who is a doctor, and there is a lot of interest in their relationship.”
Carlos King, who is a former Real Housewives producer but now heads up Love & Marriage for OWN, among other series, fuelled rumours Phaedra is joining Married To Medicine on his podcast earlier this week, as pointed out by the Page Six report.
“I have known for over a month that, yes baby, Miss Phaedra Parks was set to join Married To Medicine,” he said. “I don’t know if Phaedra has signed on the dotted lines. I cannot confirm if Phaedra has signed the papers.”
RHUGT Season 4 in Morocco
While fans may want to see Phaedra join the cast of Married2Med, nothing has been decided. “She is so busy right now,” the insider adds, revealing that the former RHOA star is booked and busy. “She’s already in pre-production for Girls Trip Season 4 and getting ready for Morocco. She is still working as a mortician, she is still practicing law, she has business in Dubai.”
As previously reported, Phaedra Parks has been cast on Season 4 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip joining her Season 2 cast mates Brandi Glanville, Eva Marcille, and Vicki Gunvalson in Morocco alongside Gretchen Rossi, Camille Grammer Meyer, Alex McCord, and Caroline Manzo.
Married To Medicine is not yet filming Season 10 but is expected to return with new episodes later this year.
