Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Matt Altman’s wife has been arrested on domestic violence charges, according to new reports.

Page Six reveals that Johanna Altman, 40, was booked at the Los Angeles Police Department Valley Jail Section in Van Nuys, California, on August 4 around 9:30 p.m. local time. Bail in the case has reportedly been set at $50,000.

The outlet reached out to the Altmans for comment and in an official statement, Matt maintains that the two are happily married.

“The loss of my wife’s father due to COVID-19 has been absolutely devastating to her and our entire family,” he told the outlet. “We have all been struggling with this loss and have been going through a tough time.

He continued, “We have never been more in love and connected from this tragedy. We ask everyone to respect our privacy.”

The two share three young children together: 4-year old twins Ashton and London, and 2-year old son Hudson and have been married for five years.

As previously reported, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles has been renewed by Bravo and is currently in production on Season 14, so there is the possibility Johanna’s arrest and subsequent drama will be covered on the new season. (She was most-recently seen on Matt and Josh’s MDLLA spinoff, Josh & Josh.)

The show will look quite a bit different when it does return, however, as only Josh Altman, Josh Flagg, and Tracy Tutor are set to return in full-time roles. Fredrik Eklund has revealed that he is leaving the Million Dollar Listing franchise entirely, and David Parnes and James Harriss have also announced their exits from the series.
