Lifetime has set a January premiere date for Married At First Sight Season 12.
The new season of the nuptials-themed reality series will debut on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 and has moved to Atlanta, Georgia for Season 12, according to a report from Deadline. The news follows a highly-rated eleventh season of the docuseries.
In addition to the 3-hour premiere, the cable network has also ordered another Married At First Sight: Matchmaking Special hosted by Kevin Frazier for Wednesday, December 30, 2020, and a Married At First Sight: Kick-Off Special will subsequently debut on Wednesday, January 6, 2021.

As the outlet points out, the new season of the show follows the typical format, with ten contestants set to enter legally-binding marriages with each other after meeting at, you guessed it, first sight. The description for the season promises that some couples will make it through the drama, while a massive bombshell that “no one saw coming” will hit one couple in particular.
