Jersey Shore is back, with MTV dropping the cross-country trailer for Season 6 of Family Vacation earlier today (Thursday, December 22).
According to a write up from People Magazine, the new season will see the cast — including Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Deena Cortese, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Pauly “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, Angelina Pivarnick, Vinny Guadagnino and Jenni “J Woww” Farley — travel to New Orleans, North Carolina, Wine Country, and even Los Angeles to visit Guadagnino behind-the-scenes of Dancing With The Stars.

In addition to teasing a potential reconnection between Angelina and Vinny, the Jersey Shore trailer shows Mike and Lauren Sorrentino’s baby announcement, some lighthearted chaos among the group, and plenty of gym, tan, laundry.

Family Vacation features the original cast reuniting and has grown to involve their family and significant others but it’s not the only Jersey Shore show in the works. As previously reported, MTV had ordered Jersey Shore 2.0 (which was to feature a new set of guidos and guidettes) as well as a new Georgia-based spinoff.
Buckhead Shore made its somewhat lacklustre debut earlier this year while the 2.0 show failed to get off the ground, with MTV mysteriously suspending production and not releasing any official statements on the matter.
Season 6 of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation premieres Thursday, January 26 at 8 pm ET on MTV.
