Heather Dubrow is reportedly “desperate” to switch from RHOC to RHOBH because of Tamra Judge, suggests a new report.
Insiders tell Radar Online — we know, we know — that Heather wants to make the switch and it all has to do with her former bestie, Tamra. “She just thinks she’s a class above her O.C. castmates, Tamra Judge included,” a source tells the gossip outlet.
Adds the insider, “She thinks she’d be a better fit with the Beverly Hills cast mates.”
As the outlet points out, Heather herself floated this very idea at BravoCon, suggesting at the RHOC panel that she already has relationships with some of the women on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
“I mean, Garcelle [Beauvais] and I have been friends for a long time, [Lisa] Rinna and I have known each other,” she said just a few weeks ago. “I do enjoy diamonds — let’s be clear. We’ll see where the wind takes us.”
Cheating allegations
According to various reports, Heather Dubrow is set to have a bumpy year ahead on RHOC and that may be why she is pre-emptively trying to make the jump to RHOBH. At the same Real Housewives of Orange County panel at BravoCon, the longtime reality star denied reports she and her plastic surgeon husband are having marriage issues.
While it is not exactly clear where the cheating rumours are coming from, Heather spent almost all of her time at BravoCon denying them.
“Success breeds contempt, friend. So no one’s perfect, no one’s marriage is perfect, lives are perfect,” she told Page Six in an interview, echoing her comments at the panel. “In general, you have to know at the end of the day that you have to go home to your life and your truth.”
She added, “So what other people want to say about you, sometimes it’s annoying, sometimes you get fed up with it. But in general, you’ve got to blow it off.”
Whether or not Heather Dubrow jumps from RHOC to RHOBH remains to be seen, however. While Taylor Armstrong has been announced as a new cast member on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 17 after being introduced to Bravo viewers as part of the original cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, there is now precedent for such a move.
The Real Housewives of Orange County is set to return to Bravo by the end of the year.
