The entire cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, referred to as RHONJ for short, is returning for Season 14, according to a new report.
All About The Real Housewives reveals that not only has RHONJ been renewed for Season 14, but the entire cast will be returning with filming set to start in August.
“The story with everyone isn’t over. Things weren’t resolved during the RHONJ season 13 reunion and so much was happening that producers want to give it a go and see if everyone can make peace,” a source tells the Bravo fansite, adding, “every one of the Housewives wanted to come back so it will be interesting for the viewers to see what happens when they all reunite. That is something that should be on camera and how the ultimate decision was made.”
According to the report, RHONJ producers don’t want Season 14 to be as “divided” or “toxic” as the past year so while they are going to talk about what happened between Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, it’s possible their family feud won’t overtake the new season.
“Producers and Bravo are aware with how divided and toxic things got,” AllAboutTRH’s source explains. “While they want to put on a show – they don’t want it to be as bad as it was during season 13. This season may be the final chapter for some of the Housewives based on how they react but producers want to see it play out.”
RHONJ stars Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Rachel Fuda, Danielle Cabral, Margaret Josephs, and Jennifer Aydin, with Jennifer Fessler and Jackie Goldschneider in part-time roles — all are expected to return for Season 14, according to the report.
As previously reported by TV Deets, RHONJ performed well in the live ratings with Season 13 and when that happens, the network tends to be less eager to make any changes to the cast.
