NBCUniversal has released the stats for BravoCon 2022, Bravo’s recent three-day fan event in New York City and the numbers may surprise you.
According to a report from Variety, BravoCon saw 30,000 total fans and generated 7.3 million short-form streams for NBCUniversal and Bravo across all platforms. The streaming numbers include BravoTV.com, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and OneApp, and resulted in a 25% increase in short-form streams on their website compared to BravoCon 2019.
The detailed report also reveals that Bravo posted almost 400 videos across the three day event which kicked off on Friday, October 14, including 98 produced videos and a Twitter livestream.
BravoCon 2022 also saw massive success on social media. According to Variety, the event garnered 85,000 mentions over the course of the event, resulting in approximately 1.36 billion impressions. When compared to BravoCon 2019, the 2022 event saw an increase of 377% in total social media conversation with impressions also seeing a huge increase by 125%.
Whether you were at BravoCon 2022 or not, these stats make complete sense and are not all that surprising considering the event seemed to dominate not only social media but pop culture in some circles for days.
In addition to all of the success on social for BravoCon 2022, numerous moments broke out including Ashley Darby revealing former Real Housewives of Potomac star Monique Samuels separation turned not separation from husband Chris Samuels, the crazy Real Housewives of Beverly Hills panel and all of the drama with Kathy Hilton, the reveal of the brand new Real Housewives of New York City cast, and Erika Jayne revealing that she believes Dorit and Paul Kemsley will be the next couple to split.
BravoCon is expected to return with a third outing sometime in 2023.
