Bravo is prepping a Vanderpump Rules spinoff with former cast members Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute, and Brittany Cartwright, according to a new report.
Sources tell Deadline exclusively that while the deal is not yet done, it is close. The Vanderpump Rules spinoff will be eight episodes long and focus on Jax, Kristen, and Brittany’s lives in the Valley of Los Angeles as new parents and new homeowners. No other details about the show were made public at this time.
The spinoff news comes as Vanderpump Rules hit series-high ratings for Bravo with Season 10 after news broke that Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss were having an affair behind Ariana Madix’s back. Part 1 of the reunion, which saw Ariana face off against Tom for the first time since the finale, earned the highest ratings of any Bravo show in the last 9 years.
A spinoff for the longtime series isn’t that unexpected as rumours of a Valley-based spinoff featuring former cast members have been running rampant for years. According to reports, the Bravo series began production on Season 11 today, June 28, in Los Angeles with most of last year’s series regulars under contract, aside from Raquel.
Vanderpump Rules will return sometime next year.
