According to an exclusive report from Page Six, the two were caught as they enjoyed a romantic dinner for two at 230 Fifth Rooftop Bar, which boasts the city’s largest outdoor rooftop garden, according to their website.

As previously reported, Teresa Giudice had been spending quite a bit of time with her new boyfriend Luis as she filmed the upcoming eleventh season of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey.
Just last month, insiders revealed to Page Six that Teresa was “taking things slow” with Luis.
“It’s new,” an insider revealed to the gossip outlet. “They are taking things very slow. They are both happy. Right now it’s very low key and casual. One step at a time.”
According to Page Six, Luis, like Teresa, has children of his own but the two apparently haven’t considered spending the upcoming holidays together because their relationship just isn’t that serious…until now?
