‘RHONJ’ Reunion Ranking: Who Performed The Best During Part 1?

RHONJ Reunion Ranking: Who Performed The Best During Part 1?

The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunited on Bravo last night and proved once again why this franchise ranks among the best.

On a very Jersey-esque set, Teresa Giudice, Dolores Catania, Melissa Gorga, Jennifer Aydin, and Jackie Goldschneider sat down with Andy Cohen to discuss the season’s drama.

Unlike many of the other cities, the women constantly bring the entertainment value with each and every episode and last night’s RHONJ reunion was no different.

Following part one of the reunion, we thought we’d sink our teeth into the drama and evaluate the performances of our favorite Jersey girls.

6. Melissa Gorga

Last night just wasn’t the night for Mrs On Display. Almost immediately, Jennifer caught her off guard by calling into question her storyline this season and Teresa’s sister-in-law never really seemed to recover from the initial jabs.

Things don’t appear to get much better for her next week and she’ll have to think quick on her feet if she wants to avoid being completely embarrassed by Jen.

5. Jackie Goldschneider

Sitting next to Melissa on the couch, Jackie also seemed unprepared for Jennifer’s attacks. Her reunion performance basically siphoned down to her making faces and pretending to be shocked at what was coming out of Jennifer’s mouth.

We want to see the witty and snappy side of her come out during part two.

4. Dolores Catania

Andy wanted to dive right into Dolores’ relationship with her boyfriend David almost immediately, and we can see why. Something about this just doesn’t add up and after 3 seasons on the show, it’s about time people start to question her. After all, this is Housewives.

She had the tough spot of sitting beside Jennifer but she seemed to handle part one well.

3. Teresa Giudice

Despite being the focus of the Season 10 finale, you wouldn’t have known Teresa was in the dog house with Margaret based on part one of the reunion.

After receiving compliments from Andy for making it to her tenth reunion — heck, the set was even designed to replicate season 1 — and side-eye from Melissa, she seemed to get off easy during the rest of the episode.

It will be interesting to see where she takes things on part two, considering the editors wanted viewers to think she was highly amused by Jennifer’s antics last night.

2. Margaret Josephs

Margaret had everything going for her heading into this reunion. She is on good terms with the majority of the cast, got to play the victim on last week’s season finale, and got the coveted left chair next to Andy.

Except for the occasional zinger, she was no match for the other side of the couch but we have to applaud her reunion performance regardless. Seizing her opportunity, Margaret jumped in on almost every conversation and used it as a chance to try to embarrass Jennifer.

The rest of the reunion will really dictate who won this matchup but Margaret will need to calm down, collect her thoughts, and hit Jennifer with her words strategically if she wants to avoid another L.

1. Jennifer Aydin

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that we’re crowning Jennifer as the winner of this reunion. Not only did she look fantastic but she came out swinging right out of the gate and had all of the other Housewives, and social media, shaking.

Love her or hate her, she brings the entertainment and Jersey just wouldn’t be the same without her. Plus, anyone that irks Melissa as much as she does deserves a pat on the back.

The RHONJ reunion continues next Wednesday at 8/7c on Bravo.
