Tamra Judge Sells $2 Million Coto De Caza Home After Leaving ‘RHOC’

Tamra Judge has sold her beautiful Coto de Caza home after leaving The Real Housewives of Orange County.

In an interview on Jeff Lewis’ Sirius XM radio show, Tamra revealed that her real estate agent approached her with an interested buyer just days after she turned down Bravo’s lowball offer to return to RHOC.

“I had so much happen to me in one week,” she said, according to PEOPLE. “Our house wasn’t even on the market! My good friend Shelley Black…she said, ‘Hey, I have somebody who wants to buy your house.’”

Tamra purchased the home with her husband Eddie Judge back in October of 2018 for $1.8 million. It features a spacious entryway, open concept living, and a gorgeous pool and backyard entertainment space.

Moving so quickly is nothing new for the former RHOC star, as she was first introduced to viewers as an up-and-coming real estate agent in Orange County, and she has bought and moved on the show quite a few times in prior seasons.

Even though Tamra and Eddie own a successful gym and a growing CBD business, the two are now considering getting back into the real estate industry after feeling the bug with this most recent transaction.

“We’re going to start flipping,” she explained. “I love it. I really miss real estate.”
