Reality TV Ratings Delayed Due To U.S. Thanksgiving

Find out when the numbers for your favourite shows will be released.

Delays are expected for reality TV ratings due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S., according to Nielsen.

TV Deets has learned that Nielsen will be experiencing delays releasing the numbers due to the holidays but thankfully, ratings provider Showbuzz Daily has put together a list as to when those ratings will actually be released.

Usually, cable ratings are released by 4pm the following day but due to the holiday, results will be delayed for pretty much the next week.

Reality TV ratings are expected to be delayed due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the U.S., ratings provider Nielsen has confirmed.

Numbers from last night, Wednesday, November 25, will not be released until next Monday, November 30, for example. That means we’ll have to wait to find out how Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City performed after last week’s dip, for example.

Thursday and Friday’s ratings will be available on Tuesday of next week, meaning we’ll also have to wait to find out about Bravo’s Southern Charm and WE tv’s Love After Lockup, for example.

Things seem to reset on Wednesday, December 2, however, as we’ll see Sunday’s numbers released then, meaning we’ll only have a one day delay for those numbers as they usually aren’t released until the Tuesday, anyways.

Check out the schedule over at Showbuzz Daily for specific dates and times if you’re into that kind of thing.
