Each Reality TV Ratings report includes the live ratings for cable lifestyle reality shows and docuseries airing on networks like Bravo, MTV, TLC, and VH1.

Shows are ranked based on the demo (adults 18-49) as opposed to overall viewers because that group is more valuable as a demographic. For more information visit our Ratings page and if you would like to suggest a show for us to cover, please Contact Us.

MTV’s Jersey Shore: Family Vacation led the reality TV ratings on an otherwise quiet Thanksgiving night, scoring a .28 in the demo and 588,000 viewers on Thursday, November 26.

While the episode was down from last week’s back-to-back premiere, the numbers are still a clear win for Deena Nicole Cortese and crew.

TLC was really the only other cable network to air something fresh, with Dr. Pimple Popper and When Skin Goes Wrong generating a .13 and .07, respectively.
