Each Reality TV Ratings report includes the live ratings for cable lifestyle reality shows and docuseries airing on networks like Bravo, MTV, TLC, and VH1.
Shows are ranked based on the demo (adults 18-49) as opposed to overall viewers because that group is more valuable as a demographic. For more information visit our Ratings page and if you would like to suggest a show for us to cover, please Contact Us.

Below Deck Med capped a dramatic Season 5 by taking the top spot in the reality TV ratings on Monday, October 12, jumping to a very strong .59 in the demo and 1,620,000 viewers on Bravo.
The finale, which was up in both the demo and audience size over last week, was the highest-rated episode in the demo since Aesha Scott joined the cast midseason but was down from the Season 4 finale. (Click Here to check out an episode-by-episode ratings list for Below Deck Med Season 5.)
The success pushed Watch What Happens Live, which featured Med cast members Aesha Scott, Christine “Bugsy” Drake, and Jessica More, to a huge .40 in the demo and 1,072,000 viewers, making it one of the show’s highest-rated episodes ever. It also appears to have given Bravo’s Chat Room a boost to a series-high .15 and 406,000 viewers.
TLC’s The Family Chantel was third for the night, generating a .25 and 1,208,000 viewers. E’s Dr. 90210, meanwhile, was up a few points to a .10.
