Nene Leakes’ Return To ‘RHOA’ Season 13 Still “Very Much In The Air” — Report

It's looking less and less likely that the OG of the ATL will be coming back.

Nene Leakes’ return to RHOA for Season 13 is still “very much in the air”, according to a new report, despite the longtime reality star’s recent social media posts.

In recent weeks, Nene has been tweeting and Instagramming some pretty salacious accusations and many RHOA fans seem to think they are directed at either the production company, Bravo, or both.

As previously reported, various outlets have suggested that she is being fired ahead of RHOA Season 13. Heck, even Nene herself has said that she needed to have a “conversation” with the network.

It’s looking less and less likely that Nene Leakes will be returning for RHOA Season 13.

While Nene contemplates whether or not to return to the show, the other Housewives have seemingly moved on without her.

Kandi Burruss, Tanya Sam, Marlo Hampton, Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams, and Kenya Moore have all filmed scenes for the new season and the show has reportedly hired a new full-time Housewife in actress Drew Sidora. Plus, Kandi’s real-life friend LaToya Ali is being brought on in a part-time role and has also already filmed with the women, making a Nene return less and less likely.

An insiders close to Nene, however, tells Page Six that her return is still in the works, despite the odd tweets. “[Her role] is all still very much in the air,” they said. The report didn’t address the fact that the other women have been filming for almost a month already.

If Nene doesn’t sign whatever contract they’ve presented her with soon, don’t expect her to be on the new season when it returns in early 2021. With a month of filming already under their belt, a new Housewife in the mix, and the rest of the women bringing their A-game, Nene may find herself on the outs—and regretting it.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta will return next year.
