Mansion Listed By ‘Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ And ‘Selling Sunset’ Stars Sells For $35.5M

The absolutely stunning home was featured on Selling Sunset by Jason Oppenheim, while being co-listed with Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents David Parnes and James Harris.

An LA mansion listed by the stars of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles and Netflix’s Selling Sunset has reportedly sold for a whopping $35.5 million.

According to a report from, the over 20,000 square foot property was originally listed by David Parnes, James Harris, and Jason Oppenheim for $43.9 million before the price was dropped. While Jason listed and showed the house on his Netflix reality show, David and James are Bravo stars and not appear on the episode.


In addition to the massive indoor living space, the home also boasts a 163-foot wraparound infinity pool, which looks pretty spectacular. Other standout features include a 12-foot cascading waterfall, a living wall, a car showroom, as well as a state-of-the-art theater with stadium seating, and a luxe bar with concession stand and kitchen at the back, according to the report from Realtor.

While Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles is set to return to Bravo with a new season later this year, Netflix has so far remained quiet on Selling Sunset.
