For months, rumours have been swirling that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump was considering yet another spinoff show. As if RHOBH wasn’t enough, we were introduced to the cast of Vanderpump Rules five seasons ago and now, she’s confirmed that she’s actually considering a show starring the staff at her new business, Vanderpump Dogs.
In a new interview with Radar Online, not only does Lisa confirm that she’s in talks for a Vanderpump Dogs spinoff, but she also reveals that husband Ken Todd is currently working on a documentary highlighting the plights of their Vanderpump Dogs Foundation. As RHOBH fans are well aware, Lisa and Ken are huge dog lovers and have been deeply moved by the Yulin Festival, in particular.
“My husband Ken Todd and Dr. John Sessa are in the middle of doing a documentary which will show the inhumane treatment of dogs worldwide,” she told Radar. “We are working on a health report and the aim of this upcoming project is to shine the light on the barbaric treatment of dogs.”
When it comes to another spinoff, however, Lisa would want this one to be a little different from her other Bravo shows. “I would like to do a reality show involving my dog business,” she explained. “But if we do one, I would like it to be more of a light-hearted Saturday morning type of show as opposed to a hard-hitting reality show like my other ones.”
We’re not sure exactly what she means but if we read between the lines, we think she’d like to see this new show occur without the crazy amount of drama that seems to go down each season on Pump Rules. Whatever Lisa is on, we’ll watch, so get to it, Bravo.
