Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent is pregnant! The longtime reality star announced the news just one month after a rumoured split from fiancé Randall Emmett.
As The Daily Dish reported, Lala announced the exciting news on her podcast, Give Them Lala… With Randall. “I’m like shaking right now because I can’t believe it’s a real-life thing,” Lala told her listeners. “Today it’s very much happy tears.”
“I am pregnant,” she continued. “I am so excited. I feel very maternal and motherly.”
She continued, “Life is really hitting me in the face. It’s like, holy s–t, I’m turning 30. There’s something living inside of me, growing, which is in itself, like, what is this alien thing happening?” she said.
“My life is changing very quickly,” she added. “I don’t love change, even though it’s all great things, it’s like, well, wait a minute, I’m a kid still, a kid having a kid.”
Lala Kent is pregnant and expecting her first child with fiancé Randall Emmett. The news is expected to be documented on Vanderpump Rules Season 9.
The news comes just one month after a rumoured split between Lala and Randall. Back in June 2020, fans noticed that she had removed all photos of her fiancé off of her Instagram page, leading to the rumours.
“Y’all, we didn’t break up. I’m petty- so when he pisses me off his photos go to the archive… then I re-add them,” she posted at the time, shutting down the split rumours. “I mean, I have this dude’s name tattooed on my arm. He’s stuck with me.”
Over the weekend, she reportedly posted some rather cryptic Instagram messages that seemed to indicate that things were over between the two, despite rumours that they are to be married in front of cameras later this year.
“Dear God it is I who has made my life a mess,” she posted originally, as reported by HollywoodLife. “I have done it, but I cannot undo it. My mistakes are mine & I will begin a searching & fearless moral inventory. I will write my wrongs but I will also include that which is good. I pray for the strength to complete this task.”
In addition to Lala and Randall’s pregnancy news, Vanderpump Rules Season 9 will look quite different when it returns to Bravo next year.
As previously reported, Bravo and production company Evolution Media parted ways with four full-time cast members over past racist behaviour, including Lala’s close friends Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute.
Vanderpump Rules is expected to return in 2021.
