Eboni K. Williams is joining The Real Housewives of New York City as the show’s first black Housewife, according to new reports.
PEOPLE reports that Eboni has signed on the dotted line and will appear on RHONY Season 13 when it debuts on Bravo sometime in 2021. She is an attorney and television host and will join Leah McSweeney, Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, and Sonja Morgan as a full-time Housewife.
“NYC is filled with successful and dynamic Black women,” she said in an official statement, courtesy of Bravo. “I’m excited to join this legendary franchise as the first Black housewife. Can’t wait to share a slice of life in this city that hasn’t been seen before. Anyone who’s aware of my work knows I don’t hold back. I’m going to keep it just as real here as I do everywhere else.”

Eboni K. Williams has quite the resume, having worked in TV for years. Currently, she hosts a topical talk show on REVOLT TV, and has been a host for both ABC and Fox News in the past. She’s 37 and while not much is known about her private life, she is rumoured to be single, which means she will fit in perfectly with these women.
Eboni K. Williams isn’t the only new addition reportedly in the mix, however. According to various reports, Bershan Shaw and Alicia Quarles were also being considered by producers but considering Bravo released a statement about Eboni, it’s possible she may be the only new cast member on the show next season.
The Real Housewives of New York City will return to Bravo in 2021.
