Bravo is reportedly “open” to having Dorinda Medley return to RHONY after all.

Less than a week after Dorinda announced her exit from The Real Housewives of New York City ahead of Season 13, sources are now revealing that the decision may have actually been mutual and that the network has not closed the door on the troubled reality star entirely.

“Dorinda is on a pause and the door remains open,” an unnamed Bravo spokesperson told gossip outlet Page Six after they reached out to inquire about her potential return to RHONY.

Fired or quit?! Bravo is reportedly open to having Dorinda Medley return to RHONY despite rumours she was actually given the pink slip.

As previously reported, Dorinda Medley announced her exit from RHONY just last week, shocking some Real Housewives fans. Then, just a day later, inside sources dished that she had actually been fired by the network, which would not be uncommon to the franchise.

After looking back at the dramatic season, it is clear that Dorinda really was on the outs with some of the other women, including Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer. However, fan reaction to her departure seems to be mixed, which may be why the network is now backtracking just a bit on their talent’s announcement.

In addition to Dorinda’s exit, Ramona and Luann are also reportedly worried about being given the boot from RHONY amid calls for the network to diversify.

The Real Housewives of New York City airs Thursdays on Bravo and Slice.
